We are proud to announce that SmartMetals Mounting Solutions has a new mother company. Vogel's Holding BV has acquired a majority interest and has become co-owner of SmartMetals. Vogel's produces mounting and support systems for audiovisual & multimedia equipment for home and professional applications. By combining forces, SmartMetals strengthens its market position, thereby boosting her growth strategy.

After the acquisition, SmartMetals Mounting Solutions will continue to exist as an independent entity. Both Vogel's as well as SmartMetals work in the same field, however both the product ranges and different market segments are largely complementary to each other. This means a broadening of everyone's possibilities.
